Informations collectées

We collect only information needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve BestJapaneseTube. This may include request logs, security signals, device/browser information, approximate routing information, optional account information, legal request submissions, and abuse-prevention records.

If you submit a copyright, privacy, abuse, performer, trademark, metadata, or safety request, we collect the information you provide, affected URLs, confirmations, timestamps, hashed IP-derived security data, browser user agent, internal notes, target matches, and actions taken. We use this data to verify, investigate, respond to, defend, and document legal and safety decisions.

Analyse respectueuse de la confidentialité

When enabled, anonymous playback and search analytics honor browser Do Not Track. A random local identifier is converted to a daily hash before storage. We do not store IP addresses, account IDs, raw user agents, provider or media data, or full referrer URLs for analytics.

Utilisation des informations

Information is used to deliver the service, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to legal requests, enforce our terms, protect performers and users, understand aggregated site usage, debug operational issues, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Partage

We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, security, analytics, storage, email, database, search, or moderation systems. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, valid legal process, emergency safety need, rights enforcement, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of BestJapaneseTube, users, performers, rights holders, or the public.

Conservation

Analytics event rows are retained for no more than 7 days by default, then converted to daily aggregate totals retained for 400 days by default. Account, security, and operational records are retained as long as needed for service operation and abuse prevention. Legal and safety request records may be retained longer as audit records so we can document notices, decisions, counter-notices, repeat complaints, and actions taken.

Vos droits

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, audit trails, or protection against abuse. Traitement international et sécurité

BestJapaneseTube may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
