BestJapaneseTube respects intellectual-property rights and responds to properly submitted copyright notices. We may remove catalog entries, disable playback, remove cached images, remove search visibility, cancel storage processing, block future re-imports, or take other reasonable measures when a valid notice identifies material on BestJapaneseTube.

This page is not legal advice. It explains the information we need to evaluate copyright claims and preserve an internal record of notices, targets, decisions, and actions taken.

Copyright notices may be submitted through our Retrait de contenu or by email to [email protected]. Notices must be in English or include an English translation. Incomplete, vague, automated, or bulk notices that do not identify specific BestJapaneseTube URLs may be delayed or rejected.

To submit a copyright takedown notice, provide all of the following:

  • Your full legal name, organization if applicable, email address, and physical or mailing address.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list for multiple works.
  • The exact BestJapaneseTube URL, video ID, title, JAV code, image, or other information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • The action requested, such as disabling playback, removing an image, removing search visibility, or removing the page.

Notifications fausses ou abusives

Knowingly sending materially false copyright claims may create liability under 17 U.S.C. 512(f) or other applicable law. We may reject notices that appear fraudulent, impersonate a rights holder, target material not owned or controlled by the requester, or attempt to misuse the DMCA process for harassment, competition, or censorship.

Examen et mesures

After receiving a complete notice, we will review the identified material and may take temporary or permanent action while the matter is evaluated. Actions may include disabling public playback, deleting active proxy sessions, canceling queued storage processing, removing search results, rejecting a source video from import, or disabling a broader source pattern if repeated valid complaints identify the same source, title family, studio, or publisher.

Contre-notifications

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice to [email protected]. A counter notice must include your name, address, phone number, email address, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court, your agreement to accept service of process from the original claimant or their agent, and your physical or electronic signature.

Politique relative aux récidivistes et aux sources

BestJapaneseTube may terminate accounts, disable source ingestion, block specific URLs, reject matching videos, or apply source-level restrictions where repeat valid copyright complaints, safety complaints, or legal risks are identified. We reserve discretion to remove material even when a formal DMCA notice is incomplete if continued availability presents legal, safety, privacy, or operational risk.
