Information we collect

We collect the minimum technical information needed to operate the site, such as request logs, security signals, and optional account information when accounts are available.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the service, prevent abuse, maintain security, and understand aggregated catalog usage. We do not sell personal information.

Privacy-conscious analytics

When enabled, anonymous playback and search analytics honor browser Do Not Track. A random local identifier is converted to a daily hash before storage. We do not store IP addresses, account IDs, raw user agents, provider or media data, or full referrer URLs for analytics.

Retention and rights

Analytics event rows are retained for no more than 7 days by default, then converted to daily aggregate totals retained for 400 days by default. We retain other information only as long as necessary for operational, security, or legal purposes. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
