Actions may include disabling public playback, deleting active proxy sessions, canceling queued storage processing, removing search results, rejecting a source video from import, or disabling a broader source pattern if repeated valid complaints identify the same source, title family, studio, or publisher.

Gegendarstellungen

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice to [email protected]. A counter notice must include your name, address, phone number, email address, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court, your agreement to accept service of process from the original claimant or their agent, and your physical or electronic signature.
